Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful setting while still being close to restaurants. However, the lack of dining availability was a downside, and the pillows could be more comfortable.

The hotel was exactly what we hoped for - clean and comfortable with good facilities. The rooms were well-furnished and comfortable, providing a quiet retreat despite being near the main Coffs Harbour road. However, we did notice irregular noises from the lowest settings of the AC that disturbed our sleep. The location was amazing, offering a good room even though we wished it had a kitchen. Dining was great and well-organized, although we expected a wider selection for the price paid.
